A little bit about me

For 25 years I have had the good fortune to help a great number of people and organisations as they go through challenging change.

I love to see the difference that this work makes to our peace of mind and to our enjoyment of life at work and at home.

I am a qualified Mindfulness trainer, an experienced mentor and facilitator.

My clients include Xerox, GSK, BP, QinetiQ, Chamber of Commerce, NHS teams, schools, as well as countless individuals.

Mindfulness matters because…

It is a simple way to bring clarity, calm and confidence into whatever situation we may find ourselves in.

It can help enormously when we are experiencing stress, feeling discouraged, relationship tensions, depression, weariness, feeling a bit stuck, knowing that something needs to change.

It may be we simply want a happier way of living: mindfulness can help there too.

Mindfulness trains us to be fully aware, fully alive rather than operating on auto-pilot.

It equips us with practical tools to deal effectively with everyday life, freeing us from emotional reactivity and building our capacity to respond creatively and wisely.

With mindfulness, we learn to become still, to be present, to be awake to the extraordinary magic of this moment, now.

What does it look like in practice…

Over a period of eight weeks I lead you through a carefully structured programme of tools, activities and meditations that you can apply to your everyday life straight away.

Each week we review the learning and extend it so that week by week you build up your expertise in mindfulness and begin to see positive changes in your life.

You will be taking a journey using a “map” that is evidence based, simple and practical, sound and systematic, based on decades of neuroscience research and centuries of wisdom.
